Excuses, excuses and excuses. I haven't been running much this month. I believed I ran last weekend, probably for 2km to 2.4km. This week. I failed to run on any of the weekdays; thanks to the rain and tiring work days. Well, heres another post to kick start the 2nd quarter of the year. 5 more kilos to shed!
